Abstract:
We’re all on a journey called life and sometimes we encounter bumps in the road, accidents and even break downs. This book details my amazing journey from being a morbidly obese woman to being a slim and trim healthy woman. In the book you will learn about the numerous embarrassing moments that helped me to finally take control over my life and my destructive eating habits.

While the book was not always easy to write it was cathartic and necessary and I hope that reading it will energize, encourage and empower you to make changes to destructive behaviors in your life.
