Biography:

Irma Lewis Jenkins is a graduate of Virginia State University, Petersburg, Virginia and Rutgers University Graduate School of Social Work, New Brunswick, New Jersey. Her professional career of more than thirty years was spent in the social work arena in New York City, New York, and Essex County, New Jersey. She is now retired and lives in southern New Jersey, and looks forward to the visits of her twin grandsons. She recently completed her first work of fiction, Dear Honeybunches, which was published in 2007.
