Coral Gables, Florida
Biography:

Richard Feinstein, M.D. has been a dermatologist in South Florida for more than 30 years. He is a voluntary professor at a medical school, and has been listed in the Best Doctor surveys since they were created by Castle-Connoly and Woodward-White in 1996. Just after his internship, from 1969 to 1971, he was a family medical doctor on the Navajo Indian Reservation in northeastern Arizona. While humans walked on the moon, the Navajo lived in primitive hogans and were infected with plaque, diphtheria, and tuberculosis, unknown in the rest of America. It was a unique and difficult experience for a young physician from urban eastern United States.
