Biography:
After Army CID, Kenn Kincaid joined the Cincinnati Police Division, and discovered “street cops” didn’t fit his preconceptions. Curious about causes of crime, and fascinated by the etymology of anti-social behaviors, he continued studies an obtained a B.S. in Police Sciences
After twenty years of reacting to crime, he laid down his badge and picked up a Bible, acquired a Bible Diploma, and began a Master of Divinities study. The Rev. Kincaid, has severed pastorally and administratively in several churches.
Kincaid believes the combined police sciences, philosophy theology, and life experience has revealed the only viable answer to crime.
